Nothing uploads anywhere. The clip is read straight off your machine and stays in the browser.
Cutting only marks a stretch — the clip stays its full length until you say so. Delete the cut parts throws them away for real and hands you the shorter clip to carry on with. An 8-minute video trimmed to a minute becomes a minute. Do this before you write captions.
Click any grey block on the waveform to keep that pause instead of cutting it.
Runs on your own machine. Nothing is uploaded. The first run downloads the speech model and then keeps it, so every clip after that starts straight away.
Click a word to highlight it. Double-click to fix a typo. Edit rewrites a whole line.
Pick Make it BIG, then click any word below. How big, and in which typeface, is under Big words in Caption style.
A block behind each line makes the hook easy to read on any footage. The text switches to a colour that reads on it.
Or choose Drag hook above the preview to move it, and scroll on the preview to make it bigger or smaller.
Nothing to do with the captions or the hook card. Put words anywhere on the frame, in any face, for as long as you like.
Tip: with Drag text on, scroll on the preview to resize it.
Switch the preview to Drag text above it, then drag this block wherever you want it.
Seen a face you like on someone else's page? Type its name and it joins the list — for the captions and the hook card too. Anything on Google Fonts works. Needs internet the first time.
Click one to drop it in at the playhead, then drag it on the preview.
Video on top pops another clip into a corner of the frame, picture-in-picture, starting at the playhead. Its own sound is off so your voice stays clear.
Images drop in wherever the playhead is and cover the frame — good for showing the work you're talking about. Park the playhead where you want it, then add.

Or set the drag control above the preview to images and move it with your mouse.

To make a word big: in step 3, set Click a word to to Make it BIG, then click the word.
Or just drag the captions around on the preview.
A wide camera clip crops badly to vertical if it just sits centred. Push yourself into frame here.
A PNG with a transparent background works best.
A diffusion filter, the way a Pro-Mist works on a lens — it softens skin without going plastic.
What you see in the preview is what exports. Press and hold the button above to see the frame untouched.
Cuts are removed frame by frame, not recorded — so there are no frozen moments where a gap used to be, and the sound stays locked to the picture.
Writes a post caption and hashtags from what you say in this video. Only the words go to the writer — your video stays on your computer.
