Most things are answered below. If yours is not, write to me — a person reads every one of these, usually the same day.
The more you tell me, the faster this gets fixed. If it is something going wrong in a studio, the “Having trouble?” button in the corner of that studio copies the details I need — paste them in below.

Or ask in the members’ group — often the fastest of all.
Tap the small version chip in the bottom-left corner of any studio. Tap it once and it shows which build you are on; tap it again and it forces a proper refresh. That clears the copy your browser is holding, which is the cause nine times out of ten.
Never use your browser’s “clear website data” for this — it wipes saved brand kits along with everything else.
The AI studios share a paid image service. If it is busy that minute, waiting a minute and trying again usually works — it is not your own limit.
If you see anything about a limit, read the words carefully: “that’s 25 generations today” is your daily allowance, while anything about the service being busy is not. And tell me which one you saw — they mean different things.
Check Keep the real face is switched on before you generate. With it off, the whole picture including the face is created, so you get a likeness rather than them.
If it is on and still wrong, look at the small line under the result. If it mentions the face detector not loading, that is your network rather than your photograph — try once on mobile data. If it says no face was found, a closer crop of the person usually fixes it.
Every export now carries 300ppi, so Photoshop reads the real print size rather than assuming 72. Anything you downloaded before that change still says 72 — same pixels, no loss, just set it to 300.
For a bigger file, use Upscale 2× where a studio offers it. It enlarges and sharpens; for wall art beyond that, run a final pass through Topaz or Evoto.
Brand kits are saved in the browser you made them in, so they do not follow you between a laptop and a phone. In Brand Kit you can Export a code and Import it on the other device.
If it disappeared on the same device, tell me — that one I want to see.
Your account, invoices and card live in your Outseta profile — use the account link in the studios menu. If you cannot get in, write to me with the email you signed up with and I will sort it rather than send you round in a circle.
Please say so. Nearly every fix that shipped this week started with somebody in the group writing it up rather than quietly working around it — and if it is happening to you it is usually happening to somebody else who has not said anything.
